Recently, I was sent various Aloe Vera samples by Jeanette Isaac, over at http://www.jeanetteshealthylivingproducts.flp.com/ . They were from a company called 'Forever', which Jeanette is a part of. 'Forever' was founded in 1978 and it was designed to help anyone who wanted a better future to attain it on
their own.
I've spent a few weeks getting through the samples (she kindly sent me quite a few!) and I want to share what I thought of each product.
This everyday moisturiser contains bee propolis so it can be used to soothe irritated skin. It also contains chamomile, comfrey and of course, aloe vera. It is great for dry skin and leaves a protective barrier on the skin. I really like that is suitable for people who suffer with eczema and psoriasis. It has a rich texture and a pleasant fragrance.
This multi-purpose gel is very soothing and you notice nearly instantly that it moisturises and conditions the skin. I used this when my skin was particularly dry and needed something more than an everyday moisturiser. It has countless benefits and numerous uses, from skin allergies to cuts and bruising.
After quite a long day and wanting to relax, I used this and it was relaxing and soothing. It is great for joints and muscles as it is a warming agent, so I'd definitely recommend this for people who play sports. It is also great to use on arthritic joints, headaches and bruising.
This moisturiser is great for replenishing moisture lost from the skin. You can use it on your face, hands and body as it's rich in texture but easily absorbed. It contains collagen and elastin to keep the skin smooth and elastic, whilst maintaining it's natural pH balance. It's so good.
This one was a very weird concept for me. I'd never heard of aloe vera toothpaste so was excited to give this a go! It contains only natural peppermint and spearmint flavourings, and is even suitable for vegetarians. It benefits the gums with it's anti-bacterial action and whitens teeth without the nasty bleaching agents. It doesn't contain fluoride and fights plaque, keeping breath minty fresh.
These natural hair products were created to give you silky, strong and manageable hair. They are mild yet cleanse thoroughly and adds body to your hair. The jojoba oil replenishes lost moisture and nutrients to the scalp and soothes any irritation. I really believe these can be used on any hair types. Oh, and I noticed fly-away hair was a lot more manageable when I used these products.
This gel has been formulated to soothe joints and muscles. It contains MSM, a naturally occurring source of organic sulphur, which penetrates into the skin to aid the muscles. Due to the sulphur content, it also helps to soothe irritable skin and it smells good too!
So that's what I thought of each product, along with some information about the amazing ingredients included in them all!
